Vancouver’s Wildebeest, known for its decadent, yet simple country cooking is heading to wine country this month. Their Executive Chef Ian McHale and Wine Director Christina Hartigan take their talents to East Kelowna to co-host a long-table dinner at Tantalus Vineyards.
The event will begin with a welcome reception featuring a selection of snacks, bubbly, and beer from Kelowna’s Vice and Virtue Brewing Co. before guests enjoy a custom, multi-course menu prepared by Chef Ian and their culinary team. Each dish will be paired with hand-selected Tantalus Wines by Christina and Tantalus General Manager and Winemaker David Paterson, who will be co-hosting the evening and speaking to the inspiration behind each bottle.
A limited number of tickets to this one-of-a-kind dining experience are available for $99 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for this second night that was just added – the first night sold out quickly.
