Join the The Paisley Notebook’s Aman Dosanj for a night of edible storytelling at the Laurel Packinghouse on Sunday, April 14th, the second dinner of the Artist Series. The idea of the evening and series for Dosanj is to re-imagine the dining experience and what it means to support local by teaming up with talented artists from across the Okanagan.
In partnership with Kelowna Museums Society, this second dinner in the three part series has singer/songwriter/violist, Chloe Davidson turning her “edible storybook” into a four course “edible songbook”.
Harry Dosanj, Aman’s brother will be serving up a Laurel Packinghouse inspired cocktail, along with small lot Okanagan wines and craft BC beers with his cash bar.
Tickets go on pre-sale March 13th at 8 AM via EventBrite (link below).
Entirely self-taught, Dosanj honed her cooking skills at Poppadoms, the Indian restaurant her family opened in 2009, after they moved from England to Kelowna. (In her home country, Dosanj was famously the first British Asian (male or female) to play soccer for England—she was goalie).
