Caravan amps up the creep factor with its 16th annual Walk of Terror and this year it’s two nights. Walk or run, but don’t hide for one of the spookiest events of Halloween. This year’s outdoor trek features three distinct scenes that line the 20-to-30 minute walk as patrons wind their way across the Salmon River Road farm, and promises to jump-start hearts in even the strongest chests.
The Walk of Terror is approximately 25 to 30 minutes long, and ends up at our Timber Barn, where you will find music, fires to warm up by, and a full bar featuring local wine, craft beer and spirits as well as non-alcoholic beverages, plus Helmuts smokies, and free marshmallows for the kids. Part Burning Man, part Nuit Blanche, part Day of the Dead processional, The Walk of Terror is where the line between artist and audience is most blurred.
Located on an 80-acre plot of forest and field, Caravan uses its setting to full effect, while members of the community get to channel their inner demons in full costume. Purchase tickets below.
