The Nomadcook founder, Chef Travis Petersen, makes his debut at his favourite Okanagan winery for a night of summer fun. The night will offer a four course menu featuring the best and freshest produce the Okanagan has to offer.
Tickets are $145 and includes welcome bubbles and wine pairing supplied by The Hatch.
After making the top 40 of Masterchef Canada Season 3 and narrowly missing the cut for the top 14, Travis decided to follow his passion of cooking and started The Nomadcook. Having lived in both Australia and Denmark for a year at a time, The Nomadcook has travelled and seen a lot of the world. His dishes represent the flavours and smells he has discovered along his journey.
