Quails’ Gate has announced a new set of wine and food cooking demonstrations with Jan Dobbener. Jan is recognized by most of their winery guests as their wine shop assistant manager, but he was a chef in a former life at renowned restaurants including the Wickaninnish Inn.
During each class, Jan and winery sommelier Mike Lee will guide you through the wine and cuisine of a different region, showcasing tips and techniques along the way. Best of all, you get to eat the delicious family-style meal at the end of the class, and take home the recipes to recreate the experience at home.

Price is $129 for general admission, and $110 for wine club members.
