Inspired by the story of the land, Chef McDonald (the new executive chef at Spirit Ridge) guides you through a culinary fusion combining land and sea, and worlds old and new. This storied culinary experience will present four inspired food stations each paying tribute to one of the four food chiefs:
- Ntytikxw (Salmon) – salmon, ceviche, BC oysters
- Skimxist (Bear) – chat with Chef McDonald over an open fire while he prepares fire roasted bison and elk
- Speetlum (bitterroot) – the nod to “Three Sisters”
- Seeya (Saskatoon Berry) – celebrating Okanagan berries with Indigenous inspired desserts
Your evening includes BC oysters, wild game jerky, corn cakes and smoked salmon (all passed canapés), four food chiefs storied, culinary experience, the soulful sounds of Joshua Smith, a wine social, and a signature cocktail experience.
