The Arts Council’s inaugural Art Market will be held in downtown every Friday from 4pm to 8pm as well as Thursdays from 11am to 3pm, until August 30th in the cultural district’s Art Walk Commons at the Rotary Centre for the Arts. The market will feature local artists, live music and handcrafted pieces. The goal of the arts council’s Art Market is to create a vibrant event to support and showcase the many talented local artists in the community. In addition to local art, there will also be food and beverages available for purchase via the Rotary Centre for Arts’ Bistro.

The Arts Council of the Central Okanagan is a non-profit organization whose objective is to support all local arts by offering venues, advocating for artists and providing artists with funding grants.
