This dinner will begin with a reception at Maverick Estate Winery conducted by Bertus Albertyn, owner and winemaker. Then travel to nearby Backyard Farm for a gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Chris Van Hooydonk. All dinner courses will be paired with a selection of Maverick Estate wines.
The cost of the dinner is $145 per person and the winery is now accepting reservations. Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. There is a limit of 20 guests for each evening.
Arrangements are being made for transportation for those guests who would like a driver for the evening. Please let them know when you are making your reservation if you require transportation. Any dietary restrictions or allergies should also be identified when reserving your spot.
